Gastro Family

About

Lampa Studio completed the Gastro family mobile project for the Dmitry Borisov’s network of establishments, one of the most famous Ukrainian restaurateurs. Gastro Family is the fastest growing food service chain in Ukraine. There is probably not a single lover of burgers who has never heard of Dogz & Burgerz restaurant or a fan of street food who has never been to BPS (or BelyashPonchikShaurma) or “Bilyi Nalyv”. Foreign tourists, on the other hand, have chosen places of worship such as “Ostannya Barykada” or “Lyubchik”, where you can try real Ukrainian cuisine. To digitalize and unify loyalty programs operating in various institutions of the network, a single mobile application was conceived. It is designed to collect everything in one place in a user-friendly way. At the same time, using the application, Gastro family plans not only to retain existing users through the bonus program but also to attract new ones through the referral system. The application was created in partnership with the Uployal loyalty program, which is used as a backend side. Among the main features available to users: 1. Loyalty program card implemented using QR technology 2. Location services. Thanks to the integration of maps in the mobile application, the user can find the nearest establishment 3. Multilingualism. The application supports 3 languages and a system of flexible profile settings, allowing it to be used even by foreigners. Separately should be known that there is the ability to convey information and marketing messages to users using the gift section and PUSH notifications should be canceled. For internal analytics, in the application was integrated the capabilities of the Google Firebase analytics platform. The application is currently available on the Play Market and already has over 10,000 installations. Thus, all fans of apple cider, mussels and other delicious dishes from the Gastro family restaurant chain can enjoy not only food but also bonuses.
