This Project Management application is created to monitor daily, monthly and custom usage of resources and expenses and project has many further phases to be developed. Here various client and their projects are created and complete hierarchy from manager, supervisor and workers add their daily work and time done for the various projects. Second module BOQ is process of development.
• This project is exclusively developed for customer as per the client’s real time business process and requirement.
• Currently Employee module for the daily activities, tasks performed at various projects, daily working hours, hierarchy approval, etc.
• This project has two main segments internal customers and external customers. External customer module has Client management, Sun-contractor management and their project management.
• Project management has features of adding project information, skills required for project, assigning the team of various hierarchy to the project, managing project documents, creating BOQ for the project, etc.
• On the other hand internal customers are the worker who can manage their profiles, add their time sheet, can see the projects they are working for, etc.
This is ongoing projects and many other modules will be developed.
Project started in Dec 2019 for first phase of development and still new features and functionalities are been added to the application.
