The client is a Startup with an idea to facilitate contract negotiation and signing. We created PAQT that is an application, a SAAS platform for communication, and real-time legal interactions. It combines chat, contract exchange, a signature tool, and contract templates. The whole development process is divided into 3 core elements: - MVP development: Creation of basic functions such as chat and pacts that have legal force. The agreement is concluded between two parties with an unlimited number of participants. - Value creation: chat history extract, pact templates, electronic signature, and user verification - everything for a client to be legally protected. - Additional features: Notifications, flags, and labels Technologies used: Node.JS, React.
